At Paul Fredrick, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and offer a 90-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. We strive to ensure every garment fits perfectly, providing a seamless process for both domestic returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
